Toilets and drinking water fountain with water bottle spout located in the park. PLEASE DO NOT WASH YOUR DISHES HERE.
DOC encourage people to be self contained, respectful of the environment (including controlling dogs & waste) & would implore people not to use the taps in the memorial park near the playground for cleaning their dishes etc. This is a memorial for those who lost their lives fighting for NZ & it agitates the community considerably.

Moved the location because the other is not in the right place. Water about 15 steps into the centre of the park. There is a stand up water fountain, but also there is a bottle fill spout on the side that is fast flowing.
