Useless, never found a REAL I center in Queenstown (except DOC I center). There are just booking center, rather money center ! W

Despite all the bad comments below and bad experiences we've had at other I-Sites around NZ, we had a great experience at this one yesterday. We saw Fae, a lovely older woman who was extremely helpful, if she did want us to book anything through her, did didn't make it obvious and we didn't book anything.
