One of the most unfriendly and unhelpful women at the desk. Short grey hair. The only saving grace was a lovely gentleman who was helping us until she publicly scolded him three times. It's a shame someone like that is allowed to deal with taxpayers and tourists

Saw loads of bad reviews about the staff here before we visited today. We saw a lady called Linda and although quite abrupt and not very smiling, towards the end she was very helpful and quite caring. We asked her about the freedom camp at Jackson Bay and she confirmed it is here. Great big, museum type visitors centre. Worth the stop. Happy Travels all!
