Bit boring for a picnic site as it's just a bench next to the street. Also doesn't work as a lookout, no idea why the name...

Stayed here last night in our car as emergency stop without problems. It's just a stop along the main road but it was quiet from 9pm till 6am. No NO CAMPING sight.
