Very friendly management, clean, great kitchen, nice town. Would come back.

Lovely owner as previously said, shady green sites wonderful. Shower curtain and mat were new, most everything else hasn't been touched for many decades it seems, including the toys which are around and rust away. Cleanliness could be better. Must have been a gorgeous place once. The place is for sale now.

We were incredibly disappointed in the state of Tapawera Camp ground. Everything is in run down, grounds were a mess. Toilets and showers in poor condition. One plus was plenty of hot water! New owners have taken over so let's hope that the needed improvements happen. The fee is very expensive for what is offered.
