Fairly small campground with basic facilities. Nice and clean. Nice unlimited hot showers. Close to town. Very strict on leaving buy 10am or they charge. Wifi is quite expensive.

we rated the camp ground with 2 stars. The grassy sites are nice and tidy and the camp kitchen is not too bad. The showers are in 4 seperate cabins. We have never seen that before, but it is functional and clean. With all these positive things we would rate it 4 stars, but 1) the landladybis inhospitable; 2) there are too many penalty signs; 3) she asks 5 dollar for the internet. This is so anno 2005; 4) the camp ground is at least 8 dollar too expensive. It is situated in a not interesting small town, not in Christchurch or so. The negative points makes it only a two star rating.
