Worst kiwi park we have stayed in NZ so far, please AVOID this place, old facilities, only 2 showers, no toilet paper or soap, paid showers, no internet and $39 for unpowered site (2ppl).

nice quiet campground for 43 $ for powered site 2 person BUT you pay extra 0,5 $ for a cold shower for 5 mins. And needs to be clean. No toilet paper on womens, no soap on mens. And they charge you for another 20 $ for a late check out (not fair as we checked in at 7 pm the day before)

I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about here - our family of 4 stayed a night as we passed through and the owners were really friendly and helpful, they took our kids over to feed the farm animals while we were cooking dinner and the grounds were really well kept, showers clean etc. clean. Heaps of bird life in the mature trees. 50c to keep showers at a reasonable time span and water not wasted is common place in many campgrounds...and we are talking about just 50c???It's not all just about the money people! Would stay again.
