Indeed a very nice campground. We were in low season and had almost the entire campground for ourselves. Well maintained, but amenities are limited, so after boxing day there can be queues for the toilets. Recommended!

Green Campground with lots of Space and friendly hosts, few long-term campers around but very calm and quiet. Clean but limited facilities which wasn't a deal because there weren't many people. Few Minutes walk to Kakanui Beaches and surf spots. FYI Showers are 2$ for 6 Min. Peace
