Space for about 6 vans/campers, all powered and with water. You also have access to an amazing shared kitchen (6 induction stoves, multiple sinks) with all the pots/plates/cutlery you could need and plenty of fridge storage, and a nice block of personal showers and toilets. It's pricey but has the nicest facilities by far of anywhere we've been in NZ.
