Description
Basic campsite offering 48 non powered sites beside the Rakaia River.
Caretakers on-site October - April. At other times facilities are limited and an honesty box system applies.
Facilities include toilets, hot showers, picnic tables, drinking water, camp kitchen and dump point.
Dogs permitted on a lead.
NOTE: Hot showers and cooking area are not available when the caretaker is away.

Popped in today for a cuppa, didn't stay. Showers closed off at the moment, nice spot, no phone signal. Honesty box.

Great clean and well kept camping ground. End of season while we were their but toilets and water available. Great walks nearby, I would recommend.
