Great spot. Stayed last night, were the only ones. Only able to stay on gravelled area, so not too much space, the grassed area is closed off, sheep and all. Fine for us though. Perhaps two other vans/motorhomes. Toilets and non-drinking water tap over footbridge and nice little walk around the gardens. Met the caretaker this morning, really nice bloke. Thanks! Beautiful spot but I couldn't find the donation point. It's peaceful with some road noise but not much. The toilets are across the bridge. Great camp!

Peaceful, pretty, and relaxing site. I was the only one who stayed here recently for a couple of nights. Arboretum is frequented by a local guy and his three dogs for a walk twice a day. Hi Doggo Guy! - Appears no one else in Otautau comes here. Toilets are flush and one each side of building. One is obvious on the path side, and one around the back behind the water tap. Be a good cun$ and pay the requested donation. It's a beautiful spot and maintained by volunteers.
