If you get in early you can nab a nice grassy tent spot right next to lake underneath the trees. Just a shame how close to the road it is and therefore exposed to a lot of traffic noise and headlights during the night.

Just spent 2 awesome nights here. Great campground. Plenty of room for all types of campers. Only a couple others over both nights which was nice. Drop-loos nice and clean. No water though, only if you take it from the lake?! Loads of ducks which is awesome, remember if you feed them, ducks and any water birds find it easier eating wet food, so any seeds or breads you may be giving them, chuck in the lake. And if you see Limpy, give her extra attention haha. Limited phone signal. Free with DOC Pass, otherwise $8.00 per person, per night. ig @saltyskin

Wonderful place to camp. Alot of space during low season. Clean toilets. Frosty during night. Basically no cell service. Beautiful view to the lake and mountain.
