Closed again... pretty annoying, it was already late and we needed to find another spot...

Open, just a 'no fires' sign. But a old man in a purple SUV came in the evening to tell us camping is not permitted. Some other campers told us he is coming every now and then and trys to send the campers away. So no worries about him. We stayed the night, all quiet.

It was a very surreal spot! Next to a road that very few cars use. The river is very pleasant to listen to and the sky is breath taking. It's a large area, that we had all to ourselves. We didn't encounter anyone else. Would really recommend this spot, if only to star gaze!
