Freedom camping permitted in CERTIFIED SELF-CONTAINED VEHICLES ONLY. You may stay a maximum of 2 nights at any location (in a 30 day period).
The site is a gravel parking area beside the Mason River. There are no facilities. Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.
No fires.
Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.
