Nice place but there are so many sandflies. You can't be are in the outside. We paid the fees, this was the reason why we didn't drive away from this place. It's really sad.

The place is nice, the views by the lake are awesome but sandflies are a nightmare. If you cook outside you better either forget about coming here or you cover each and every centimeter of your body and figure out how to kill the ones inside your car. At least you can go for a walk around the area and you'll find many trails with different lengths and durations.

No sandflies in May, lovely view, lots of eels in the lake, incredible stars, decent loos and only a tad freezing cold. Would recommend.
