The "camping spot" is more in the middle of the lake next to the road, look for nice white toilets. Very nice scenery, plenty of space for parking and several premade fire pits. Wee bit windy which can get irritating when trying to cook something. Otherwise awesome free spot.

LOVED IT!! Quiet, deserted, awesome views, great swimming, even waterskiing if you're lucky enough to get invited by the locals ;) Place is big and has many trees so you won't even notice the three other people staying there as well. Make sure you bring enough food and water because you want to stay here more days! Ps. My Sunday is a 20 ride and a 20min walk up the hill for a nice scenery view and apparently a LOTR hotspot (edoras). Also, walk to lake Clearwater and choose one of the tracks for a dayhike. Mt guy is really steep but great views and all for yourselves!

Stunning campsite. Possibly one of my favourite to relax at during winter. Mirror lake on a calm day though wild when the wind picks up. Amazing views of the snowy mountains from the back of your van.
