Well 15 dollar per person for this beautiful area is worth the money in mine opinion. People like to complain a lot about the dollars, but all the hikes are free, beautiful and good taken care of. So you pay for the package and experience of Milford Sound. It looked like there were not that much sandflies in this campingspot. We could enjoy our breakfast and diner here with some repellent. Its nature and you have mice and insects. If you can't handle it. You should not camp in nature but go to a hotel.

Self registered campsite. If you don't have cash you can pay per card when the DOC come (around 8pm). Nice grass area with tables, clean toilets and fireplaces. Not overcrowded. No mobile connection.
