Description
Freedom camping permitted in both self-contained and non-self-contained vehicles. Camping in tents is not permitted. There are 5 sites available, you must be parked within any marked lines in the designated site.
Freedom camping permitted during the hours of 8pm to 8am only.
You may stay for for a maximum of two nights within a 30-day period.
Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.
Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.

It's just a parking in "town". You are away from main road so it's quiet. 2 min walking to toilets. But you need to be gone by 8am when people are coming to work :)

I was alone during the 2 nights xD as its not indicated on Campermate. Was very quiet, you dont hear so much cars, clean toilets open all night. You can start to park nearby 6pm as this parking is for the council workers and its close at 5pm.

A parking on town, but really good. Quiet and close to the toilets (1min walk). Little hard to find the exactly location. Recommended for a day. I was alone.
