It says nothing about freecamping at this spot. And its right next to the road, so kind of obvious. But when driving on the small unpaved road under the bridge, there is a small spot to stand level, where nobody will notice you. A bunch of sandflies in the morning tho. We were in a NSC vehicle, dont leave trash!
