Such a beautiful place (provided by nature lovers) and so much better than the other one on this road. It was absolutely quiet and we were alone. Good to escape from crowded places around in Abel Tasman. The organic toilets are special and very clean. Next to the toilets is a sink with springwater (good to drink) and soap to clean hands. The only point was that there were plenty of sandflies. Still definitely worth the 5$ pp. :)

Great area! Looks like luminate will be awesome, site manager is super nice and give you great tips if u love coffee! Pizza oven is broken, think it will be fixed after the festival! Total fire ban anyway. You can drink the water straight from the tap. Ps you can fry pizza pieces in a pan worked great for us :D

Really nice area, pretty funky utilities (can definitely see how it was used for a festival). Track there is pretty rough, we were lucky in only meeting two people on the road. Managed it nonetheless in a Toyota Hiace high top! Didn't end up staying the night as the weather wasn't the best and no one else was at the camp site but a nice little diversion if you want to do the walk
