I was afraid about the all reviews from here but we spend a nice night. A lot of people but the area was huge. A little bit of to much music, (people please stay quiet).
CHUUUUNKY
Don't stay here, this place is awful. Shortly after arriving two cook heads started fighting and throwing bottles at eachother. Absolute wastemen. A fair few people seem to live there. I didn't feel comfortable and would rather pay for a doc campsite. Acid is great but I don't want to be offered it as soon as I arrive. CHUUUUNKY don't like.

Quiet, respectful, civilised people on my stay. None of the previous issues people experienced before. A really beautiful spot, tucked away off the road. The park up space is perhaps 1/2 what it was due flood debris but still plenty on offer, and if you're tent camping the whole extent is available even between the mounds of rubble where cars can't get to.
