We didn't do any boat tours in the area. We did the walk along the foreshore which was actually really special seeing the waterfall and the mountains! We have always wanted to come here, and we were so happy. They do charge a parking fee if you park near the info centre, so we parked near the airport and walked in, it was free to do this. We really loved the cute swing chair near the water and the info centre has a cafe, the coffee was good, it was just expensive! Stunning sunset spot, even though the sun doesn't really set there, we saw great colours and a beautiful moon rise. Very peaceful and great view of the waterfall.

Go here at low tide and walk a bit out on the stones, you can even see the waterfalls from here.
