This is one of those tracks, where the summit seems to move further and further away, as did the end on the way back down! But it was awesome! Very much worth it! Completed today, took us just over 5 hours, with a bad back, plenty of view breaks and lunch at the top. We are experienced walkers and it is an easy track, but not if you're inexperienced. Proper footwear is essential, waterproofs too, plenty of water and watch your footing! Have to park 500 metres away from start of track. ig @saltyskin

Incredible, one of the few winter hikes I've ever done that you can't argue the view isn't worth the moderate hike up. 10/10.

Such an amazing track ! So easy and the view! Ouahhhhh ! I wouldn't say it's difficult but moderate especially to the summit with the snow (1 extra hour for us from the hut because of the snow.- by the way thanks to the lovely hikers who did the track straight after the snow storm, we fallowed your path :D). Enjoy ! - start around 9 to be the only one at the top otherwise it could he busy.
