Arrived on a Saturday, the office was empty and no one answering the phones, it seems as it's church owned they don't work on a Saturday... I ended up going over to Spencer Beach Holiday Park, they're only slightly more expensive and much nicer it seems.. AND we're allowed to drink and smoke here, woooohooooo

It is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Showers are barely lukewarm. Kitchen is very dusty and stuffy. All the facilities are old and quite dirty, a lot of the equipment is broken. No benches outside for eating. Quiet and a big lawn.
