Beautiful views and excellent location. All taps drinking water, plenty of sinks, has bins for recycling and rubbish. Sometimes queues for the toilets as they're aren't loads. Shelter area available. Lots of signs saying booking through the DOC website is required to stay. We just did this on arrival, as there were still spaces online. We think they do let you stay without a booking, as you can pay in cash on arrival (rather than online when you book). Overall excellent stay.

Great spot for when you want to do the Hooker trail. Stars on a clear night are breathtaking. More than enough clean toilets. You do stand shoulder to shoulder, the best more secluded spots fill up really early.

Good spot for a night at Mount Cook NP. There are toilets and a little hut where you can cook if you bring your own equipment. Drinking water and many hikes. We recommend it.
