This is a great camp spot! We loved how close we were to the lake and it was actually a great place for a swim! We were camped up in our car and found a spot very close to the water, but there were heaps of spots to choose from and we even saw some caravans here. This place was phenomenal to see an aurora!!!! We stayed here for 1 night during our time exploring Milford Sound. There is a fee to stay here (cash payment) and there are a few drop toilets around. Also, there are heaps of sand flies so be careful. Tiny spot, full of sand flies. $15 is very expensive as there is just 1 small toilet, nothing else. River is very close, the road as well
