COVD-19 UPDATE 14/05/20 - Under COVID-19 Level 2 - All Marlborough District Council Freedom Camping sites will remain closed. -------- Freedom camping permitted in CERTIFIED SELF-CONTAINED VEHICLES ONLY. Vehicle numbers are limited to 10 vehicles. You may stay a maximum of two consecutive nights in any four week period. The Taylor Dam is located off Taylor Pass Road approximately 7 kms from Blenheim. Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace. Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.
