The freedom camping is on the road side of the first building (changing rooms?). There's a gate to the rear of that building which is locked at 9pm.

Unsure if this is actually supposed to be camping we stayed a night there and we woke up at 12 am to a knock on the van door saying he was locking the gate so everyone had to leave. We explained that it was a campsite on wikicamps and the description said any psved council land is ok for freedom camping. He said he wasn't sure what the rules were anymore cause they keep changing them on him. So he said he would let us stay and not report anything. I would suggest calling before staying here.
