Description

Freedom camping permitted in CERTIFIED SELF-CONTAINED VEHICLES ONLY. The maximum stay for freedom campers at any one location is two consecutive nights. This site is a gravel pullout at the intersection of Hyde-Middlemarch Road and the Otago Central Rail Trail. There are no facilities. Self-contained vehicles must clearly display NZS5465:2001 certification. Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace. Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.
