Excellent track. Was my first ever 4wd trip and it's definitely got me hooked. We went in the middle of summer. Lots of river crossings most were knee deep the odd one went up to the headlights. Lots of narrow single lane so just take your time and be cautious of oncoming traffic. It took about 2 n half hours each way. Plenty of camping areas with spectacular views.

Counted more than 23 rivers but theyre not that high. The highest just came over my tyre. No need for a snorkel but you need to have good clearance at your 4wd. Good fun tho. Took about 1:20h for 15km one way.

23 rivers crossings to get there so only for 4wd. Did it without snorkel but river was pretty low (tyre high). The camp has a drop toilet and an old building that you can use as a shelter. Plenty of mining remains to see around and 2k further. Not exactly sure about the location but there's only one road so you can not miss it ;-)
