Such a beautiful spot. We saw the sun setting behind the mountains. Were the only ones camping here. We didn't hear any noise from the nearby street. The toilet is clean and toilet paper as well as soap is offered. Can just get a bit creepy at night, so take a flashlight with you!

Great outlook with clean toilets but boy racer / hoon heaven. Left at 9.30pm after being sprayed with stones for the 2nd time by boy racers doing donuts. I reckon Christchurch must have the highest boy racer / hoon population per capita in the country.

Two nights in certified self-contained vehicles only.
