Nice trek, albeit confusing. It's poorly demarked but beautifully maintained.

Beautiful loop track that begins at the Puketi Recreation Area. 1,6 km, about 1 hour return. There are some big kauri trees, many plants along the path are named. If you are very lucky you can spot Kokako (and at night Kiwi).
