Great experience! We used the 2 for 1 deal from the Arrival mag. Went at kiwi feeding time and saw 3 of them. 1 of the kiwis will be leaving the park from April to Nov due to rotation. Other nice wildlife; ducks, birds, geckos. Lots you see naturally in the bush though. Did it to see the kiwis. Also it's a not for profit org focused on breeding

You won't see many native birds driving around NZ. Here you'll see Kia, Kaka, NZ falcon and Kiwi. Time your visit with Kiwi feeding time. Allow 1.5hrs.
