Freedom camping permitted in certified SELF CONTAINED VEHICLES ONLY. The duration of a stay may be no more than 4 nights in any single calendar month. Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace. Keep New Zealand clean and use a public toilet or use the one in your vehicle.
