Freedom camping permitted in CERTIFIED SELF-CONTAINED VEHICLES ONLY. There are 10 sites available, you must be parked within any marked lines in the designated site.
Maximum 2 nights in a 4 week consecutive period.
Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.
Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.

I was there this week and there were about 8 campers there. Some appear to be overstaying the allowed 2 nights. We wonder why we're losing so many spots to stop over.
