Great place for a shower..water is rather nice and not super cold. Also a very good place where to stay for a night..this place is under a police surveillance so they come in every two hours or so, but they were really friendly. Only minus is that toilet was closed around 21..they even left the lights on so you could see the toilet through the gate, but just couldn't use it:)

Toilets open until 9/10pm, Cold shower indoor and outdoor Fine for one night as it's so close to Auckland. Locals hang around and play guitar or music but didn't feel unsafe and not welcome. They were actually quite nice Lots of space !

Nice place in the heart of howick at the beach. So many people visit over the day this place. I like it really. At Sunday maybe a little bit noisy from the teens. But for us it was not to bad
