Great spot to see Whanganui. Unfortunately a group of people congregated there at 2:30am and started to play music. Probably better to go to sites outside of town.

Amazing spot! Perfect if you with your partner to have a bottle of vine on elevator tower and enjoying sunset. Place is relatively quiet but is also popular centrum for young people who wanna enjoy weekend so noisy at the weekends but place is really safe. Police cruising around at night and locals are nice.

Great spot. Upside, clean toilets open all night. Security came around a couple of times which felt reassuring, not a hassle. Brilliant views. Downside, it is a spot popular with local youth who sit in cars and play music. But to be fair they cleared off about midnight. If you can tolerate a bit of noise, a good place to stay
