Truly a great camping spot! The camp site is one large grass field - perfect for tents - and the owners are very friendly. There is a large kitchen and lounge room, clean amenities and lots of tables on the field available. We were the only guests, and the peace and quiet was the best in NZ so far.

Sites are unpowered, however, should you need to recharge your devices, power is available at the camp kitchen. This campground is also known locally as Pipiriki Campground.

Large green grass field. Clean flushing toilets. Showers to hot :-). Very friendly people. You can come late and pay at morning. Credit card accepted. Wifi not really working and maybe only at kitchen. Top spot. Cool adventure with guide Ken.
