Disagree with afdak! Its easy to find, directions written on poles and u see the track on the ground.Ur have to enter the bush over a fence to get down there.Beautiful small campsite with droptoilet, watersupply (not sure if trinkable or not. Old signs saying boil it, new doc maps etc saying theres drinkingwater. We just used it and are fine)

A very important word of warning: we booked a site here, yet the walking track was extremely poorly marked, we walked all over the steep coastline three times and ended up camping at cable bay. Inaccessible. Shame on DoC and Paihia iSite.
