If you find a better camping spot, contact me. Also, I would rate the walking/hikes here above the Tongariro Crossing; the best I've done so far. Such a unique cultivation of forest, animals, and tranquility. Take the time to slow down, breathe, and be at one with nature as the energy is very strong here. Allow yourself to be recharged and leave your worries at the double gate entrance, you can take them with you when you leave, if you like. Also, if you are able to, dontate at least $5 or $10, and buy a $20 bottle of honey made right here in the reserve.
