Description
Freedom camping permitted in CERTIFIED SELF-CONTAINED VEHICLES ONLY. Vehicles to freedom camp only in the designated area. There are 2 sites.
Maximum stay of two consecutive nights, vacate designated site by 9am.
Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.
Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.

2 self contained spot in the corner of a parking lot. Toilets at the ferry landing, no drinking water. Nice and quiet night. Needs to be gone by 9.00am.

Not too bad but not exciting neither as it's on a parking lot. However, the ferry nearby is a nice spot ! Written everywhere the water isn't drinkable but I drank it anyway and it was good. I'm still alive
