This is the shittest place we have been so far! Dirty, rude people, waste of money! 20$ for solar shower that was fucking cold, water stinks, noisey people. No shadow, no parking space! The place looks like a dump station but they call it sustainable living... mmm I don't think so! Thanks for ripped is off..

Awhi Farm is a developing Education Centre for Sustainable Living on 4 hectares in Turangi, establishing organic gardens, orchards and small experimental buildings. The sustainable practice includes building, growing food, energy etc. There are compost toilets, solar heated shower and a shared camp kitchen. Stay in an on site hut or bring your own Campervan / Motohome. Bookings are required, please phone ahead.
