Space for 25 people, 3 bed bedrooms divided by gender. Friendly siblings taking care of everything and currently build a bar downstairs. Facilities a bit old and messy kitchen but all in all a nice place with good vibes. Internet free and very good! (20down/10up)

Best place to stay in Opotiki ! Next to the city center, shops & bars nearby. Friendly ppl, big & safe house with comfy bedrooms, clean bathrooms and kitchen w everything u need. Balcony for the beautiful sunsets (or go to the waterfront 5 mins walking after the park !) and a cool terrace for bbqs and chill. Laundry, dryer, WiFi, Tv, pool table and darts in the living room + u can cast ur phone on the TV. And Kath is the best <3
