Lovely lady who welcome us very well. We say that we will stay 1night probably 2 nights because of the jetlag and the next morning her husband came in my room while I was sleeping (private not a dorm!!) WITHOUT KNOCKING and face me ! I told him : you're not supposed to knock on the door? He said you're not suppose to check out?!? WTF NO RESPECT !!

Slightly run down true, but very comfortable and close to City Centre. And very good basic. Nothing fancy but recommended. Also very quiet, so a very thumbs up :)

Positives first: Large rooms and kitchen with entrance to an outside area. BUT: Dirty showers with mould, toilet maybe week move out of its position soon... only parts of the kitchen work, EVERYTHING is very old, and an unfriendly atmosphere. Sorry guys, this was the worst hostel in NZ after a year...
