Stayed here last night; there's signs everywhere which denote the areas where you CAN'T stay, so the rest is okay according to the bylaw. Nothing special, it's a carpark in the habour, but there's two relatively clean toilets, a pub next door, and it's quiet at night because it is at the end of the road. The 'everywhere besides what it says on the sign' leaves dozens of spaces around the marina, though I can imagine it gets busy during the height of summer.

No signage saying that you can camp but literally everywhere else says no camping so we thought it'd be okay - we had no trouble. This is the only freedom camping option between December and February in this area. Just a car park that's quiet at night and a toilet nearby so no complaints :)
