Welcome to our RV Park, nestled in the middle of a 400ha commercial cattle farm, in the heartland of the Bay of Islands. Our Park sits next to the the Peka Peka stream, sheltered by a stand of impressive gum trees. To find us, google map 7491 SH1 Ohaeawai, come up the drive to a set of double wooden gates. Give me a call on 050832769255 (FARMWALK). There is purpose built road that will take you about 2km onto the farm to the RV Park. There is a fresh water filtered tank you can use to top up your water or for cooking and a toilet (longdrop) next to the park if you do not have a self contained facility. Once there the first thing you will notice is the quiet, then the beauty of the spot we have selected as the Parkup. There are 2 picnic tables available to use as well. Once settled in there are beautiful walks available on the farm, closest to you is the TupeTupe Falls about 500m from where you are parked. At the Falls there is a viewing platform of the Falls and more picnic tables to enjoy. I do recommend hugging one of the huge Puriri trees above the falls, close your eyes, sink into the tree and try and hear 3 different sounds. There is another walk, about 5km round trip, following the road down to the amazing Te Rua-Hoanga Pa. Dog/Pet Friendly (dogs walked on leash). Large vehicle access.

Great place to stay! Nestled away in the farm surrounded by fields paddocks and a stream it's a great place to get away from everything! Roger is great and very welcoming! Would definitely recommend as only 20mins from Bay or Islands!

The most incredible site we have stayed in so far. Roger is a fantastic host who takes you down to the spot which is nestled between a row of trees and a stream. You can do a lovely little walk through the farm to a stunning waterfall and then get the pleasure of going back to the campsite to be completely by ourselves under the stars. Do not have a bad word to say about this place or the host. Couldn't recommend it enough!

what a tranquil and safe place to stay for a night (or two) very affordable thus providing clean basic needs like potable water and a clean long drop. don't forget to bring a bottle of wine and some nibbles to enjoy the Puriri grove by the waterfall. this provides excellent value as I hate to pay lots $$ for amenities I don't use in many other campgrounds. We'll stop by again for sure. E
